About The Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Digital Marketing Manager (B2B & B2C) to lead and scale our marketing function. This role is ideal for a growth-minded marketing leader who can blend creativity with data-driven strategies to drive pipeline growth and elevate our brand presence. The ideal candidate is an all-rounder who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the latest B2B and B2C marketing trends, and can oversee multi-channel initiatives across paid, organic, outbound, and brand marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a holistic B2B marketing strategy that drives both growth and brand awareness.
Own the marketing funnel end-to-end — from inbound and demand generation to lead nurturing and brand positioning.
Lead and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid media, inbound and outbound marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, content, and strategic partnerships.
Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously experiment with innovative approaches to attract, engage, and convert high-quality leads.
Partner closely with leadership and sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and revenue goals.
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, ensuring measurable ROI across all initiatives.
Daily Task Requirements
1) Idea to Graphic Designer to Build Attractive Posts
2) Response and Post on All Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn) with best organic techniques
3) Creating Paid ads on Social Media
4) Reviewing and execute the techniques with SEO Team
5) WhatsApp and Email Marketing to at least 11 Companies Worldwide country sequence daily
6) Proven experience in B2B marketing leadership, ideally as Head of Marketing, Growth Lead, or similar senior role.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
