LinkedIn Outreach Specialist – B2B Surgical Instruments

    We are looking for an experienced LinkedIn outreach specialist to manage and execute our outreach campaign to medical/surgical distributors and importers. The ideal candidate will use automation tools (e.g., Waalaxy, Octopus CRM, etc) to systematically connect, message, and follow up with prospects on LinkedIn.

    Responsibilities:

    • Use our provided lead list to send connection requests and personalised messages to prospects on LinkedIn.
    • Manage daily outreach volumes (30–50 leads per day, safely within LinkedIn limits).
    • Follow up with all new connections according to our provided message sequence.
    • Track all outreach activity, replies, and sample requests.
    • Provide regular updates and flag any warm leads or interested buyers for our team to handle.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in LinkedIn B2B outreach (ideally using Waalaxy, Expandi, or similar tools)
    • Excellent written English (professional, clear, and concise)
    • Organised and reliable – able to update tracking sheets and report results
    • Familiarity with B2B sales or medical/surgical industry is a plus
    • Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
