    Key Responsibilities

    1. Job Seeker Consultation & Service Sales

    • Communicate with job seekers who are actively looking for employment
    • Understand their career goals, background, and job requirements
    • Recommend and sell suitable career and job-support services available on the e-commerce marketplace
    • Act as a career consultant, guiding candidates toward the right services
    • Convert interested candidates into paying customers
    • Achieve agreed sales and conversion targets

    2. Lead Handling & Communication

    • Communicate with potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media in English
    • Respond to inquiries professionally and confidently
    • Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

    3. Digital Promotion & Lead Generation

    • Promote job-related services using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
    • Create simple promotional posts, captions, and short videos in English
    • Generate leads by increasing awareness among job seekers
    • Follow posting schedules and campaign guidelines

    4. Professional Communication & Coordination

    • Attend online meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
    • Maintain a professional, ethical, and supportive approach when dealing with job seekers
    • Coordinate with internal teams to improve service delivery and results

    Requirements (Education)

    Skills & Experience

    • Comfortable creating simple content (Canva skills preferred)
    • Comfortable recording short video content
    • Experience in sales, telemarketing, recruitment, or career consulting is an advantage
