Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver compelling communication assets such as presentations, infographics, social media creatives, newsletters, and reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.
- Translate strategic messages into visually engaging content while maintaining brand guidelines.
- Support campaign launches with visual concepts, motion graphics, and digital marketing assets.
- Ensure consistency of tone, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
- Conduct research on design trends, competitor communication, and innovative storytelling methods.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and develop fresh concepts for internal and external communication.
RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in communication design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma/Canva.
- Considerable visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, impactful designs.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
