Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years in an administrative role, preferably in mining, construction, or heavy industry.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote site environment.
- Familiarity with HSE procedures and mining operations is an advantage.
- Comfortable with roster-based site work (28/14).
- Basic knowledge of handling petty cash and expense tracking.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate site records including attendance, timesheets, and personnel files.
- Coordinate road and air travel, accommodation, and transportation for employees and contractors.
- Support onboarding processes and conduct induction for contactors at the site.
- Manage office supplies, PPE inventory, and ensure all administrative needs of the site are met.
- Prepare and submit manpower reports, monthly administrative data, and operational updates.
- Ensure full compliance with site HSE policies and assist in policy implementation when required.
- Supervise site activities through active, on-ground monitoring to ensure smooth operations and immediate response to any issues.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments, local authorities, and external partners for smooth operations.
- Organize site meetings, take minutes, and ensure proper communication and documentation.
- Monitor logistics including fuel, and water supply and provide logistic support to other departments.
